ElevatePFS Director of Recruiting and Onboarding Christin Warmbold: My answer continues to be the same every time that I'm asked. It is the people. The people that work here at ElevatePFS are a diverse group of individuals with a like-minded desire to help other people.

We work across the country with multiple hospital systems, and we have a diverse group of individuals that work with patients to help them to identify other solutions to pay for their medical expenses. We also have remote opportunities as well.

ElevatePFS Billing Advocate Gabriela Pina: I like that I get to learn new things. I can hear from knowing zero. Being here has taught me so much about how Medicaid works, how we can help everyone out there, like the hospitals and help the patients in general.

Christin Warmbold: The majority of our positions tend to be entry level positions. These opportunities allow for individuals to come in without a great deal of experience within healthcare. It is an opportunity to contribute and thrive.

ElevatePFS Billing Advocate Sandra Washington: It's the learning factor. Within It's the hospital has so much to offer as in the programs, understanding how the insurance works, the government programs, how they work.
