Additionally, we offer hospitals and health systems a full disability advocacy program called Disability Plus that can either stand alone or work alongside our Medicaid Eligibility Program. ElevatePFS is a full-service Social Security Disability company representing and assisting individuals at all levels of the Social Security disability process.
