A large non-profit healthcare provider in the Midwest who serves vulnerable patient populations was struggling to improve their patient eligibility and enrollment services. One challenge they needed to overcome was meeting the requirements of the 340B Drug Pricing Program. The provider needed help scanning their self-pay inventory to reveal all Medicaid-related accounts to meet the required proportion of Medicaid service days. The provider also needed help during the state’s Medicaid expansion, and with redeterminations during the unwinding of the PHE Medicaid continuous enrollment, and eligibility support with their EMR conversion to Epic.
