Barb Astler joined our company in 2011 to build a strong human resources function and assure policy, practices, and compliance, and foster a highly productive and winning culture. She brings more than 30 years of experience in human resources and currently leads all culture-related activities for ElevatePFS. Her successes to date include successful acquisitions and integrations, automation, and improved efficiencies, decrease in voluntary turnover, and development of a strong recruitment brand.
